Rejuvinating the Lean Failures Blog
I'm going to finish the summary of the 10 failure modes that Rubrich outlines in his book. Again, I encourage you to share your stories and tips. Also, I enourage you to visit the Lean Blog.
Reason number one is that companies do not understand the crux of the message of lean. They are impressed by the jazz and are blinded by Toyota's success.
